Deep Fried Turkey Breast

~ 1 &nbsp3 – 5 lb. turkey breast, deboned and cut into strips
~ 1 bottle Italian dressing
~ 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
~ 2 eggs
~ 2 cups milk
~ 2 cups flour
~ salt & pepper to taste

In a glass dish, marinate the turkey in the Italian dressing and lemon pepper
seasoning overnight.

In a bowl, beat the eggs into the milk.

Place the flour in a second bowl and season to taste with the salt & pepper.

Dip the turkey strips in the egg mixture and then in the flour.

Deep fry in oil until golden brown.

Serve and Enjoy!
