Venison Sloppy Joe

~ 1 deer neck
~ 1 bottle your favorite bbq sauce, Bullseye recommended

Place deer in a crock pot. Cover with water and cook for 6 hours or until tender and meat starts to fall off the bone.

Remove meat and allow to cool. Discard water.

When cool remove meat from the bones and finely shred. Return to crock pot.

Add the bbq sauce and stir together.

Cook on low for 1 hour or until heated through.

Slap on a roll and chow down on those yummy Venison Sloppy Joes.
