Venison Meatballs

~ 1 pound ground venison
~ 1 medium onion, chopped
~ 1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
~ 1 tsp salt
~ 1/4 tsp pepper
~ 3/4 cup water
~ 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
~ 1/3 cup ketchup
~ 1/3 cup tomato soup, undiluted
~ 1 tbsp ground mustard
~ 2 tsp paprika

In a bowl, mix together the onion, rice, salt, and pepper. Add the venison and mix well. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.

Place the meatballs in a greased square baking dish.

Mix together the water, brown sugar, ketchup, soup, mustard, and paprika. Pour over the meatballs.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.

Serve and Enjoy!
