Seared Venison Tenderloin

~ deer tenderloins
~ olive oil
~ your favorite steak sauce

Lightly coat the bottom of an iron skillet with olive oil.

Get the skillet very hot and then add the deer.

Sear on both sides. About 10 minutes per side.

Remove and let set for 5 minutes.

Slice across the grain into thin slices.

Serve with your favorite steak sauce.
