Grilled Venison Steaks

~ 2 – 3 lbs venison steak
~ 1/2 cups butter
~ 1/4 cups minced onion
~ 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
~ 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
~ 1/2 tsp. pepper
In a small saucepan, combine the butter, onion, worcestershire, dry mustard & pepper. Heat on low until the butter melts.
Brush the mixture on the steaks.
Grill steaks 15 minutes per side. Brushing the steaks with the butter mixture every time you turn.
