Fried Deer Steaks

~ 6 – 8 deer cube steaks
~ 1 bottle your favorite spicy mustard
~ flour
~ 1 – 2 eggs beaten
~ oil
Heat some oil in a skillet over medium heat.
While oil is heating, spread an even coat of the mustard on both sides of the steaks.
Roll steaks in the flour then the egg and then the flour again.
Place in the hot oil.
Cook until done flipping as necessary. Do not over cook.
Serve with a tossed salad and fried potatoes
