Bacon Venison Steaks

~ 1 deer backstrap, cut into 1/4″ – 1/2″ steaks
~ seasoning salt
~ pepper
~ 1 lb bacon

Season the steaks to taste with seasoning salt and pepper.

Heat a little oil or butter in a skillet.

Add the steaks and cover with the bacon.

Fry over medium to medium-low heat until steaks are done.

Serve and enjoy.
